Born in 1986 in Verona (with french origins), he has a marked creative and rebel spirit. His view of the kitchen goes toghether with Italian and Veneto territory and them tradition, it is enlivened by modern and dynamic cues derived from his experiences in the kitchen.
He worked in starred kitchens all around the world , but his dream was a modern Osteria with a high level food within everyone's reach, this is the reason that brought him back to his beloved Verona on the banks of Adige river to lead the kitchen of Ristorante Ponte Pietra.
His wide knowledge allows him to prepare creative and refined dishes with the best of local products and also some exotic ingredients, without forgetting its origins.
